[TechAssist] Update Mitsu WSA55 no Filiments

Found problem for no filiments, replaced IC5A00 part of Xray protection had
failed. Now we have filiments burning and on screen menu works and audio in
tuner mode but no video, and using AV inputs we have video with no audio if its
not one thing its another. Hope someone can point me in a good direction and
hope the tip for no filiments helps someone else. Terry
