Those are for Viagra, breast enlargements and health food supplements.
They get your email address somehow and bypass your junk mail filter by
adding extra letters that fool the junk mail filter.

i am running 2 virus scans and now and then it catches an
email virus attachment, which i never open anyway.
but i have been getting email not addressed to me.
and it looks like advertisements, maybe prescription drugs,
but looks foreign language.
dont know where they are coming from.
or why i am getting them.
