That is a Mitsubishi chassis. Upper drum from Time Lapse Supply is about
$50. Look at the RF envelope to see what is going on. Also check the back
tension. Should be 25 to 30 grams. Adjust the tracking on the front panel
for the best RF envelope before condemning a head. Also check with its own
recording.
