Hello all.
I really appreciate the info from all of you.
Thanks to Jim Myers and the others I missed that gave me the pin-outs on
this IC. Missing the -13v led me to a lifted solder pad. When replacing D409
the heat from the iron lifted the trace, even using solder wick. I thought I
repaired it, but didn't see the smaller trace leading to it from the -13.5v
line-off the cap.
This was one of those cases where taking a break and starting out fresh
really helped.
Special thanks to those of you who racked your brain to help me out.

Jeff
