 Hello Daryl,

 Partsfinder lists R14109  as 750 ohm on both CTC203CE1 or CTC203CX modules.
Maybe this is your problem. If it isn't, could it be possible that R14103
that you replaced is opening up under a load? I would change this again and
hard wire the resistor to its next connection to sure.
