Jerry,
You have a valid point. At this stage of the game, the mfr's have competed
themselves nearly out of existence. There isn't alot money for warranty
services. However the process COULD be made alot more streamlined, standard
and efficient.

If the future is "board swap and exchange", then so be it. As with UPS and
IBM, they sill need people to perform that function a s well.
We need to get a piece of that pie.

As business owners we can't afford to be complacent or stagnant. Otherwise
we will miss other emerging opportunities to make a buck.
The service business is changing and in many ways disappearing. We need to
ADAPT.
