Every file has a program that you must have installed on your computer to
open the file. The extension tells you which program. .zip means you need a
zip program .pdf means you need acrobat reader program.

Let me start by saying I am the least savvy computer
user in the world. I am trying to download Str-D915
file when I do And try to open it All I see is symbols
no text. I assume this is html but again I'm unsure.
Can anyone offer some advice to seeing the text?
I looked for word perfect but don't see it on my
computer.Have ms works.
