Sorry Ed, The have every right to refuse non-USA cards.
A lot of Ebayers have done this, as well.

With out of USA shipments, they have no way to track the packages. It is too
easy for someone to do a chargeback, saying they didn't receive something.
Then the shipper is out the part & the money.

I would hope that Tritronics comes up with an acceptable compromise, though.
