[TechAssist] Toshisba Model 20A43( chassis M3M914) No start up?

This set came in as a lightning damage set? The fuse it not blown. I did
find a 3.9 volt zener diode shorted and small transitory defective. These
parts are in the power supply section. I do not have 5 volts to the EPROM so
suspect this as one of the problems. Hoping some one is familiar with this
chassis or would share a print.
