check all the wire ties on the crt boards
I have seen some cinched so tight the wires were pinched and shorting
together causing intermittent bright color on one crt or loss of color to
one crt.

Intermittent problem, tap on CRT does not cause or correct problem. Can not
cause or correct problem no matter what I tap on! Nothing on Toshiba web
site or Winstips. Does not stay green long enough to test voltages, may run
for days before problem
