Do you mean it goes bright green and the picture goes off?? Does the the
picture come back on by itself or do you have to shut it off and back on??

Intermittent problem, tap on CRT does not cause or correct problem. Can not
cause or correct problem no matter what I tap on! Nothing on Toshiba web
site or Winstips. Does not stay green long enough to test voltages, may run
for days before problem
