[TechAssist] Toshiba training website

I attended the toshiba training presented by Nesda-Ohio (very good) in
Cleveland last week. They told about a website for training but when I
go there it asks for "channel ID" and "Name". Does anyone know what
these terms mean. They gave us a password but I am not sure where to
enter it. Thanks in advance, John.
