[TechAssist] Toshiba projo 61A62 Chassis TAC0278 vertical problem

Hi group, I have this 61" year 2002, with 6 inches vertical fold over
in the center of the screen and short in the bottom, with
misconvergence in that area. Replaced vertical IC and caps, worked into
the service adjustments with no success, any help will be very
appreciated.
