Cleaned & deoxidized mode switch - even tho it looked ok. Also found
timing of elevator gear, etc was not right.
Additionally, C14 in power supply which was checked before in and out of
ckt with ESR and Z-meter - all specs right on - caused noisy video and
would 'hiss' when going into Play. Replacement solved problem. C09 was
replaced originally to restore power.
