[TechAssist] Toshiba TP61F90 Shutdown

This set shuts down at pluggin. I found a resister coming from the
STK392-110 changed color and value. It's on the output to ground and to the
input on the return. I have checked the other sections of the IC with the
bad section and they are all the same. Could I have a shorted Yoke and how
would you check the convergence section. Never had a convergence coil go bad
before. The resister that is bad is not on the power supply line.
