[TechAssist] Toshiba TP48E90 repeat convergence chip failure

Hi
This unit came in dead. I found out that the STK 392-110 were shorting out.
I replace the chips and the unit worked for a couple of days. Then when I
went to plug it back in after putting the back on, it was a no go condition
again. I pulled the convergence plugs and the set fired up and now I have
the new chips ready to put in. I have checked the filters around the
convergence chips and all the filters seem okay-all with values and leakages
check good.
What am I missing?
