[TechAssist] Toshiba SD-2800, tweaking P/S, DVD drawer stutters.

The drawer on this DVD player was opened when the glass doors on the
entertainment unit were closed, damaging the DVD player. When the unit
is turned on the P/S tweaks as though there is a short but I can't find
any shorts. A surface mount IC, BA5813FM gets very hot after a minute
or so. No shorts there either, but why does it get so hot? The drawer
stops and starts as it opens and closes.
