Hello Bob.I had the origional Toshiba's STK-392-110 in stock and tried them but
I
still have the shutdn problem.I know that this sets have a big history of this
ic's causing shutdn but from my exp.on this sets,if the problem is in the
convergence ic's,the set will power up by disconnecting connector P712 and fuse
F850 from the power\conv.bd.The picture will be pretty well off alignment as far
as convergence but it will come on.I think I'll leave it alone till the morning
when I won't be too tired of it and will try to figure it out.I even tried a new
Q801 (Reg.) in the high voltage\sweep bd but no luck.I also removed
F470,installed a 60w bulb in its place to check and see if it was regulating at
125v and its at 124.5v.I am stunned.Since I am not an ASC for toshiba,I cannot
get in the website to see any troubleshooting flow charts or tips. Thanks .
