Jason, I have seen bad fly`s on this model, also has problems with crt socket, check your abl line, If HV only goes to 7-8KV then check R216, it burns and changes value should be 22K. Check (C) green transistor on crt board, if very low when connected to crt but goes back up to 165-175 volts when disconnected then check pins on socket, may be burnt/arced, good luck, Larry E Larry Eastman American TV & Electronics Crystal River, Fl. 34428 ----- Original Message ----- From: "Moutons Electronics L.L.C." <moutons@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <techassist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, December 21, 2005 1:59 PM Subject: [TechAssist] Toshiba Model# 32af41Chassis TAC0116 Out LED flashes > Does anyone know if the flyback in these models give lots of trouble? This set turns on and shuts down immediately then the LED flashes continuously. Doesn't look like any kind of code, the set has to be unplugged before you can make another attempt. I scoped the collector of the output and it is misshaped like there is a load on it. The diodes in the secondary aren't shorted. I think I have a bad flyback but haven't had to change any of these yet. > Thanks in advance > > Jason > Moutons Electronics > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- --- > This Email List is accessible to the general public through search engines.
