purposes replace the following: 7. D882 Mtzj13a 8. C866 1 MFD 50 volt 9. C869

This set went tru a power surge and blew the 4a pico fuse (F860) and
shorted out the reg.STR-Z4214.I replaced both and now when powered on,
can hear the relay and the front led stays on ( No Blinking).No sm for
this tv.There is no voltage to the hot.All other fuses are ok.Would
someone have the sm that can send me a pdf of the reg,power ckt.
