[TechAssist] Toshiba CZ32V61 - Intermittent shutdown

Hi all,
I have a Toshiba M # CZ32V61 (chassis # TAC 9920), goes into shutdown, after
an hour, or two.
When it does this, I can restart the set, after unplugging it for a moment.
So far, I've only checked for bad connections, and monitored the power
supply.
Does anyone have a tip on this one?
