[TechAssist] Toshiba CX3583A - no vertical deflection

I've got a call on a Toshiba CX3583A tomorrow with no vertical. Found lots of
posts concerning Toshiba vertical problems involving LA7837, C301, C305, C308.
Don't know if this is the same chassis; if not the same any tips/suggestions
would be appreciated.
