[TechAssist] Toshiba CX32630, dead.

I have this tv on the bench, the relay clicks upon initial plug in.  I have 
replaced c841, ic801, c840, r876.  I have tested the HOT and the IHVT both are 
good.  The tv does not seem to latch on.

Any help would be appreciated
