[TechAssist] Toshiba CN35C90 dead.

On a call last night and this one has me stumped. Customer says turned Green
and went off. Then just click/click. then no relay click.
He moved set to another outlet clicked once and now nothing.
Has 14 volt standby only. All fuses check ok, nothing shorted, nothing
checks bad at all. 14 volt goes to a SCR up front and then was unable to
trace. No Sam's or Scamatic. CPU's are DEAD, No Idea where 5 volt standby
regulator is.
The Green symptom has me worried. Any one seen this?
