Shannen,

Had a CF27H50, that had numerous symptoms and the power LED kept blinking on
and off. The fix ended up being a cap(C449) in the 12.5v supply. On this
model the cap was located off of pin 7 of the flyback. Just something you
may want to check, if these chassis's are close.
