[TechAssist] Toshiba CF32H40 CH TAC9806, pix wide won't adjust

No schematic but CF32G50 uses the same jungle IC Q501. Pin18 on the G50
schematic calls for .68VDC and goes to base of Q461 which is NPN, this set
has about 9 volts on pin 18 and goes to base of Q461 which is PNP. Anyone
have a tip on this problem or a PDF for the CF32H40 set?
