[TechAssist] Toshiba CF3264K, TAC9024 lost color after menu adjustmt

A tech I know sold this TV to his friend.Worked good. Later he decided
to adjust the color a bit while visiting.He entered the customer
menu,selected color,and as soon as he started the advance,the color
dropped out to a B&W picture.
Aparently it did this once before the sale,but corrected itself.
First,he should have let sleeping dogs lay.
But, it happened.
Any histoies on the symptom on this chassis?
You know the drill...he's obligated to "fix" it now.
