Working on a Toshiba CF27G50 TAC9718
Set was dead! Found Q817,Q472,Q471 defective.
Replaced-set turns on video roll horizontal and vertical.
Change QA01 no help.
Set has a PIP module-not sure about a by-pass on this one.
