Phil,
In your Tech Repair CD,  search in the chassis field for TAC95, then you'll get 
all results for 1995 sets.
I found this:

No Sams. Not in TechCD or my archives. Seems simple.Having a senior
moment...
 Need some kind of partial schemo of vertical, or the Vcc source from
fly to the IC.
