[TechAssist] Toshiba CE20E10 TAC9511 Dead Pinout or Schematic

Techs;
This set has a hard blow on the line fuse. Lightening got several items in
the home.I have checked the basic supply for shorts, open, etc. Pin 4 of
STR57041 appears to be shorted to gnd. A pinout of this regulator IC would be
helpful. Really could use a copy of the schematic if someone could upload to
the document area of this website.
