Hello All I am working on a Toshiba CF27H50 TV with the following problem
In normal operation the screen comes on shrunk vertically then pops our to
normal. the picture is dark with bars and there is no sound . In the demo mode
the picture is normal but no sound. The power led flashes when the set is
turned on and continues to flash. The Diagnostics on the memory chip indicates
NG SCL
NG BUS
I have replaced both the memory chip and micro, also subed out the tuner with a
known good one. the voltage on the SCL Line is about 2.5 volts. about half of
what it should be the regulated voltage and 5volt regulator is good. I have
traced the scl line but can't find the trouble. Any Help on this one would be
appreciated.
