Hi All,
It turned out to be a shorted disc capacitor on the CRT board (C905) 390 pf.
It measured 14 ohms in circuit.

I have this set in the shop. I replaced the video drivers and outputs on the
CRT panel and also replaced the jungle IC (TA1310N)
It made no difference.
I pulled the chassis and put it on a test set and the picture came in fine,
but I only let it run a minute or two.
Next I ordered a CRT (under warranty) and replaced it. The picture came on
great, but after about 2 minutes is went green again.
Any idea's?
