[TechAssist] Toshiba 27AF61 / TAC0115 no sync.

With RF input, no sound, horz.& vert. rolling no sync.
With audio/video inputs, has sound, no picture.
Just want to see if anyone has ran across this before or have any ideas
before I have to get a service manual. Thanks
