Had a sharp once that came in with intermittent problems with the pix.
Found a large screw like the ones used to mount the CRT to the bezel loose
on the board. All four screws were in the tube brackets.

I just repaired a 2000 36" Sharp TV that just had a broken RF
connector.

Turned it on the raster was intermittently distored (horiz
and vert). The customer said the set didn't have this problem
(no complaint about the bill).

Surprised to find a large capacitor what had absolutely no
solder on it! But that did not fix the problem.

An original 330uF, 160V cap had a broken lead (above the board!)

I've never seen either of these happen in many thousands of TVs
I've worked on (with original factory parts), and still work
(until I pulled the board out).
