[TechAssist] Tip database update

Hello,
Just to inform those interested that the final tweaking of the new
PHP/Mysql database is completed. It should now work as good, or even
better than the old csv text file database. It is back on the original
search page in the members area. Once again thanks for your patience
during this transition.
