[TechAssist] Thomson relations

Any of you authorixed Thomson service centers that don't like the fact that
Thomson removed all the phone numbers that we need, like warr administration,
PLEASE, when you contact them by email voice your feelings. The only way they
might understand that you don't like being able to call war admin about a
question is if you tell them.
sorry if I'm ranting but I, again, had to email them about a claim that would
have been settled with a phone call and I will not hear from them till they
are ready to email me.
