Well thats wierd because the French government wanted to sell TCE to Daewoo a
few years ago but the French labor unions objected so the deal never
happened. Anyway Daewoo went bankrupt and is still in bankruptcy. TCE must be
in pretty bad shape for the French government to dump it.
