THERE IS A 100V OR MORE CAP IN THE POWER SUPPLY, REALLY DON'T REMEMBER WHICH OF THEM, BUT YOU'LL FIND ONE DRY CAP AROUND THE POWER SUPPLY. JUST CHANGE IT AND IT WILL FIX THE NO TURN OFF SYNDROME.
