[TechAssist] TS2554C121, 25B800 No Brightness

Hi Guys,
I would like to know if anybody might have a tip on this set it came in with
sound but no picture if you turn up the screen control you can get a bright
picture with retrace lines with no video present, I have checked out the
video IC'S on CRT board and the voltage are high like it was unloaded,
example screen voltage 509 is 612 vdc. Also I have no video signal at the
CRT module. Question could anything in the vertical circuit kill the
Luminance circuit or video circuit?
