[TechAssist] TRAIT transistors - Where to buy?

Can someone tell me who carries these new 5-lead devices? Thanks.
I am working on a Kenwood AR-304 stereo receiver and the output
"transistors" are very odd.
Not the usual Japanese no's. Only the word TRAIT and the letters N30 on
some and P3Y on the others.
Three of the four measure shorted.
