Yes, being these Tech Assist emails are public on the WWW, the FBI will
definetely see this posting about the matress tags and everyone you
offers to send schematics to other list members, plus any threats to
manufacturers and more. We're gonna have to just be quiet I guess. Don't
forget to remove any possiblre info from your signature files too.
Just wondering, if a tech makes a circuit modification and then the
customers house burns down 6 months later, how are the courts gonna
prove that it was this particular tech who made the modification? The
customer could have taken the set to 2 or 3 other shops within that time
frame. If you make a mod, probably not a good idea to make note of it on
your invoice.
