Still having problems with this...original message below.
I have my -13 and +13 on the vertical IC. If I disconnect the vertical yoke, I
get a horizontal line and
power LED flashes continuously, so it seems the problem is definitely in the
vertical section.
I checked the yoke it has about 8 ohms across the windings.
Another Philips yoke I have here gives me 9 ohms, so I don't think the yoke is
the problem.
I grounded pins 6,7 of EEPROM and still no video.
I checked all resistors, capacitors and diodes in vertical section.
A schematic of the vertical section would be great, if someone can email it to
me.
An last advice before I give this one to the Dawgs?
Thank you.

This set came in with the typical vertical problem..or so I thought..
I repaired the vertical section by replacing the two resistors, R420, R445,
D409, D445 and IC500 and
repaired my traces that lifted...I double checked all the traces and they are
fine.
Then, I had blue screen with retrace. Found voltages off on CRT board. Found
R50 on CRT open, no help.
Resistance across R53 was half what is should be. The other two resistors for
the red and green measured
correctly, pulled the resistors and measured fine out of circuit so I replaced
the IC TDA6106.
Now I have raster at all, no OSD, increase G2 and all I get is raster with
retrace lines.
I checked my -13 and +13 source, they are fine. I replaced the vertical IC
again and no change.
Any ideas?
Thank you.
