[TechAssist] TA Magnavox HD2717C101...27B800

Set came in dead. Found R402(1.5/10W) open.,
I found no other problems, checked REG and no pins were shorted(out of
circuit). I ran the unit for 10
minutes and it seemed to run fine.
I know the REG and this resistor are usually gone at the same time.
Should I replace the REG to prevent a call back?
