[TechAssist] Symphonic tv: WF2703 need tuner ID

Hello all,
All that was need was to re -attach the F connector, but the genious
that brought this in decided he'd try fixing himself first.
Not only did he COMPLETELY destroy the tuner, but the ID tag as well!!!
All that is left is a partial MESCO # ENV---C9G3
Can anyone fill in the blanks?
