[TechAssist] Symphonic WF20D4 20" TV/DVD tray stuck open.spindle appears in way

Came in with the DVD tray open. No breakages noticable. Gently moved the
gear that open/closes tray. Tray smoothly glides in til it hits the
clamper assy thats closed, like holding a disc (no disc in).Is this a
timing issue?Looks like if the clamper assy was opened the tray could go
on in.
