Briant,
1st take a look at C07 behind switching xsistor 220mfd/16v.other checks:
C1024 & C1026 470mfd / 10v, C1027  in pwr sply chk D1010 36v zener.
another tip IC 1003, &1005. Note C1026 on 5 v line in pwr sply & solder
R 1002 1 ohm 5w. Hope this helps. "joe"

10.5. Good horizontal signal to hot. Only 23 volts on collector. No
circuit diagram. What developes hot collector volts? Any tips? =A0
