Model: SC3913 13" Combo,
Chassis Dead, won't turn on. Clicks when pwr button pressed,
Problem: Def IC601(PC817)NTE3098 D616(ZC30)NTE5084A 30v Zener,

The above tv is completely dead. No click at all. Fuse is ok.I esr'd all
caps in ps and all are ok.Fusible resisters ok.No shorts found.Working
without a manual. The 5v reg IC602 is putting out only 3.3v.The reg
itself is ok. I checked Q601,switching reg and even subbed it out and
still no go.If some one has tips or idea's or maybe a scan of the ps
ckt,It would be very helpfull so that I can trace the problem. Thanks.
