[TechAssist] Symphonic 6470 no E to E no video

This VCR displays the TV station no matter whether in TV or VCR mode or even
when unit is playing a tape
If Cable in is removed I get snow/ no audio on playback . I replaced the
tuner with one from boneyard but get exact same results.
Any clues? TIA Craig
Also does anyone know a list like this one specifically for PC repair esp
hardware?
