If you are sure you want to fix this you can find a similar circuit in 
Sams 4368 although the layout is different.  R396 and R397 are in 
parallel and are 220 or 270 ohms.  D396  is a 8.2 volt zener.  Always 
suspect more problems, it's probably not worth repair.  About 2 years is 
the normal life span of these sets.   John.
