[TechAssist] Sylvania/Sears/Funai SRC-2213 TV/VCR Combo, no video, OSD and sound OK

The on-screen menu and sound seems to be working on this set, but there is
no video through either the tuner or the vcr.
Auto program of channels didn't seem to work quite right either, it seemed
to skip all but one channel, and selected a different channel each time we
ran auto program.
Manually selecting channel 5, we can hear sound and saw a brief flash of
out-of-sync snow, but that's all.
This thing isn't worth putting too much into it, does any of this ring a
bell with anyone?
